Clear operating terms for teams using Kingdom Turnover.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, creating an account, subscribing, or using Kingdom Turnover, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Kingdom Turnover is a software platform for vacation rental cleaning and turnover operations. Features may include property management, iCal calendar syncing, cleaning and maintenance scheduling, staff dashboards, checklist photos, chat, notifications, payroll summaries, direct booking records, invoice creation, photo documentation, reporting, and subscription management.

The app helps organize business workflows. It does not replace your independent judgment, staffing decisions, safety procedures, payment agreements, tax obligations, legal obligations, or emergency response responsibilities.

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

• You must provide accurate account, company or individual, property, staff, and client information.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for deciding which staff members may access jobs, property details, photos, access instructions, and chat.
• You must have permission to enter staff phone numbers, client contact details, property information, iCal links, photos, and payment instructions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Kingdom Turnover Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription at $39.99 per month, unless a different price is shown in the App Store at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Any trial, promotional price, or renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase control that purchase.

5. iCal Sync and Automation

You may connect iCal calendar links from rental platforms or other calendar providers. Kingdom Turnover uses those feeds to display reservations and create cleaning workflow records. Calendar providers can change feed behavior, timing, formats, or availability, so you should review synced jobs and dates before relying on them for staffing.

Automation features may create or prepare schedules and invoices based on your settings, property data, completed jobs, and synced calendars. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, pricing, staff assignments, client details, and invoice contents.

6. Invoices, Photos, and Payments

Invoices generated in the app are business records prepared from the information you provide. You are responsible for invoice accuracy, taxes, payment terms, refund terms, owner/client authorization, and collection. If you add payment links, Zelle instructions, or other payment details, those services are separate from Kingdom Turnover and may have their own terms.

Photo documentation may be attached to jobs, reports, chats, and invoices. You are responsible for ensuring photos are appropriate, lawful, and do not include sensitive content that should not be shared with clients, owners, or staff.

7. Notifications and Staff Communication

Kingdom Turnover provides staff communication through app features such as chat, job records, local reminders, and optional device notifications. Notifications and chat are provided for coordination and may not be delivered instantly in every network or device condition.

If optional SMS reminders are added in a future release, account owners will be responsible for having permission to message their staff, keeping phone numbers accurate, and following any opt-in or opt-out instructions provided with those messages. Message and data rates may apply if SMS is enabled in the future.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or unsafe activity.
• Do not upload malicious files, infringing content, or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another company's data, scrape the service, or interfere with the app.
• Do not misrepresent invoices, staff records, property records, or payment instructions.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Kingdom Turnover reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as we improve the app, comply with platform rules, or maintain security. We may suspend access if needed to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.

10. Account Deletion

Admins may initiate account deletion in the app. Deletion is intended to remove the account and associated data that is not required to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute reasons. Account deletion cannot be undone once completed.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Kingdom Turnover is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost bookings, missed cleanings, business interruption, or data loss.
