How do I add cleaning staff?
Go to the Staff tab in the admin dashboard. Click "+ Add Staff" to add a new team member with their name, phone number, and role.
How does iCal sync work?
Add your Airbnb, VRBO, or other vacation rental iCal URLs to each property. Kingdom Turnover automatically detects checkout dates and creates cleaning jobs for you.
How do I send invoices to property owners?
Go to the Invoices tab, click "Auto-Generate" to create invoices from completed jobs, or create one manually. You can share the PDF invoice via your phone's share sheet.
Can my cleaning staff use the app?
Yes! Staff members can log in with their name to view assigned jobs, complete cleaning checklists with photos, and track their upcoming schedule.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at Cristian@kingdomturnover.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored securely using Supabase with enterprise-grade encryption. We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
