Common Setup Questions

How do I get started?

Create an admin account, add your first property, add the property photo and address, add iCal calendar links if you use external booking platforms, then add staff so jobs can be assigned.

How many iCal links can I add?

Each property supports up to eight iCal links. Add a nickname for each link so you can tell whether it came from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Direct, Owner Stay, or another source.

Why is a checkout not showing yet?

Confirm the iCal URL is valid, the property is active, the checkout date is inside the selected sync window, and the app has a network connection. Some external calendar feeds update slowly.

Can direct bookings appear on the calendar?

Yes. Direct bookings created in the app are treated as reservation records so check-ins, checkouts, upcoming reservations, and unscheduled cleaning prompts can appear in the calendar workflow.

Jobs and Staff

How do cleaners log in?

Cleaners use the staff login flow with the phone number or access method configured by the admin. Staff should only see their assigned or open jobs depending on your setup.

How do staff reminders work?

Kingdom Turnover currently supports staff reminders through app features such as local reminders, device notifications where available, chat, and job records. If optional SMS reminders are added in a future release, staff will receive opt-in and opt-out instructions with those messages.

Can cleaners upload photos?

Yes. Cleaners can take photos or choose photos from their library when completing checklist steps, damage reports, and other job documentation fields.

What happens when a job is marked done?

The job status updates for the admin dashboard, calendar, payroll summaries, invoice workflows, and photo documentation where available.

Invoices and Billing

Can invoices include photos?

Yes. Cleaning invoices can include manually selected photos and, where available, staff checklist photos. Photo documentation appears in the invoice so clients can review the work.

Can I send invoices by email or text?

Yes. The app prepares shareable invoice documents and messages. Email usually provides the cleanest invoice experience, while text is useful for quick delivery.

Does Kingdom Turnover process card payments?

Kingdom Turnover does not directly collect card numbers. If you add a payment link or Zelle instructions, payment happens through the provider or method you choose.

How do subscriptions work?

Kingdom Turnover Pro is a $39.99 monthly subscription when purchased in the app. You can review, restore, or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Account and Troubleshooting

How do I delete my account?

Admin users can initiate account deletion inside the app from settings. This removes the account and associated data that is not legally required to be retained.

What should I try if the app looks out of sync?

Check your internet connection, pull to refresh where available, reopen the app, confirm the property is active, and review iCal Sync Diagnostics on the dashboard.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the account email, device model, app version, property name, job or invoice date, screenshots, and the exact message shown if there is an error.
