Staff Information: Staff member names, phone numbers, and assigned roles as entered by the account administrator.
Property Information: Property addresses, access codes, owner contact details, and iCal calendar URLs as entered by the account administrator.
Job Data: Cleaning schedules, job statuses, checklist completion data, and timestamps.
Photos: Images taken by cleaning staff as part of the cleaning checklist verification process. These photos are stored securely and associated with specific cleaning jobs.
Usage Data: Basic app usage information to improve performance and user experience.

How We Use Your Information

To provide cleaning scheduling and management services
To enable communication between administrators and cleaning staff
To generate invoices and payroll reports
To sync with third-party calendar services (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) via iCal feeds you provide
To send SMS reminders about upcoming cleaning assignments (when phone numbers are provided)
To improve and maintain our service

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data is only accessible to:

Authorized users within your company account (administrators and assigned staff)
Our hosting and infrastructure providers (Supabase, Netlify) as necessary to provide the service

Third-Party Services

Our app may integrate with the following third-party services based on your configuration:

iCal Feeds: We fetch reservation data from calendar URLs you provide (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) to auto-schedule cleanings.
SMS: Text messages are sent through your device's native messaging app. We do not store message content.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the app
Delete your entire account and all associated data by contacting us
Opt out of SMS notifications
Request a copy of all data we store about you

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
