Your operational data should stay clear, useful, and protected.
This policy explains what Kingdom Turnover collects, why we collect it, how it is used to run cleaning operations, and how account deletion works inside the app.

Overview
Kingdom Turnover helps vacation rental operators and cleaning teams manage properties, synced calendars, cleanings, maintenance, staff communication, payroll, invoices, and job documentation. To provide those services, we collect the information you enter into the app and the operational records created while you use it.
We do not sell your personal information. We use your information to provide the app, secure accounts, sync reservations, coordinate staff, create records, send app and local reminders, support users, and improve reliability. If optional SMS reminders are added in a future release, SMS opt-in data and consent will be used only for those reminders and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The current app release does not send user data to third-party AI providers.
Information We Collect
- Account and profile information: name, company or individual name, email address, phone number, login credentials, role, subscription status, and support messages.
- Company and property information: property names, addresses, ZIP or postal codes, access information, property photos, owner/client contacts, pricing, notes, and iCal calendar links and nicknames.
- Calendar and reservation information: check-in dates, checkout dates, source names, reservation names when available from a calendar feed, vacancy windows, and direct booking records created in the app.
- Job and staff information: assigned cleaners, job status, checklists, completion times, staff phone numbers, payroll records, time-off requests, chat messages, and notification records.
- Photos and attachments: checklist photos, damage report photos, inventory photos, invoice documentation photos, chat media, and uploaded company logos.
- Invoice and payment-related records: invoice numbers, client contact details, line items, totals, due dates, payment method labels, payment links you add, and invoice status. We do not process card numbers directly inside Kingdom Turnover.
- Device and technical data: device tokens for push notifications, app version, basic diagnostics, error information, IP address, and logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
- Authenticate admins and staff and keep company data separated by account.
- Sync reservation calendars and create cleaning schedules from checkout dates.
- Show dashboards, vacant property views, upcoming reservations, and daily operations.
- Assign, remind, and notify staff about jobs, schedule changes, and checklist requirements.
- Create invoices, attach supporting photos, track invoice status, and prepare shareable invoice documents.
- Provide support, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and maintain app security.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and App Store obligations.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers only as needed to operate Kingdom Turnover. These providers process data on our behalf or as part of services you choose to use.
- Supabase: authentication, database, file storage, and server-side functions.
- Messaging providers: if optional SMS reminders are added in a future release, we may use a messaging provider to deliver those messages and support required messaging compliance.
- Apple: App Store distribution, StoreKit subscriptions, app purchase records, push notification delivery, and Sign in with Apple if used.
- Hosting and email providers: hosting public pages, delivering support requests, and keeping the support site available.
- Calendar and payment services you connect: iCal feeds, payment links, Zelle instructions, or other payment details you enter remain subject to those services' own terms and policies.
Sharing and Visibility
Information may be visible to authorized users inside your company account, such as admins, staff assigned to jobs, or team members participating in chat. You are responsible for entering accurate staff, client, property, access, and payment information and for having permission to share it with your team.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of the app, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Retention and Account Deletion
You may update or delete many records directly in the app. Admin accounts can initiate account deletion in the app from settings. Account deletion is designed to remove the Supabase user record and associated company data that is not required to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or security reasons.
Backups and logs may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten or deleted. Some records, such as invoices or payment-related business records, may need to be retained where required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and disclosure. No system is perfect, so please use strong passwords, protect your device, and limit access to staff who need it.
Your Choices
- Update company, property, staff, invoice, and profile information in the app.
- Disable optional notifications using device settings or app settings where available.
- If SMS reminders are added in a future release, staff will be able to opt out using the instructions provided with those messages.
- Request support, access, correction, export, or deletion help at support@kingdomturnover.com.
Children
Kingdom Turnover is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
